As a Nation who will depend largely on international business to assist us in further growth it is my believe that we need to educate our children and prepare them for the future. It is my believe that our educational process should spend more time preparing our children with tools that will assist them for the future and not so much time being spent on courses that will not assists them in preparing them for the challenges ahead. The Education reform act of 2010 will consist of the following changes:
1) All children will be required to learn a foreign language starting in First Grade. The process will be taught the entire time that a child is in school and by the time that they graduate from high school, the student will be proficient in the language and be able to speak to someone fluently.
2) Every child will be taught to manage a check book, understand how their FICO Scores are determined and what the effects are for a good score and for a bad score and what is considered to be a bad or good score.
3) Children will be taught how to read stock symbols, balance sheets and what makes a good investment or a poor investment.
4) PNotes will be avaliable for parents on line or at the library. These PNotes will assist them in assisting thier children in homework. The PNotes will be based on homework and class assisgnments that will assist the parent in the actual assisgnment so that the parent is better able to assist the child.
